The Error was HFS was unable to start and this dialog box was displaying

How to Solve this Issue ?

1. Open Settings
2. Select Time and Language

3. Select Language and Region

4.And Select Administrative Language Settings

5. Click On Change System Locale…

6. UNCHECK THE BOX

If the box is check ….Do it uncheck

Then this Error will be gone
